Rapid globalization has brought us into a new world based on information and communication which prompt a new way for the economy to rely on the power of creativity. In this current phenomenon, many creative groups and communities have emerged in our society that serve as a driving force of creative economy. On the other hand, civil society faces a great deal of the challenges of our time that must not be ignored. The scattered data on creative community groups will be collected into a “Digital Art Map” as the first step of this empowering program. By mapping the landscape of art and culture in Indonesia, we enhance the local creative economy, thereby; the public (civil society) will become more creative, productive, and sustainable.
